Jeremy began violin lessons at age 7 and discovered a love for teaching at age 15 when he became a student-mentor. His musical development was enriched over the years through varied experiences such as the Banff School of Fine Arts, Toronto Summer School of Music and the Meadowmount School of Music. Between high school and university he taught violin at the Huntington Conservatory, Laurentian University. Jeremy later graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Music and went on to a Master of Arts degree at California Theological Seminary. Jeremy has benefitted from the instruction of a number of teachers over the years including Dr. Metro Kozak, Victor Danchenko and David Cerone. Jeremy’s wife, Lalitha, is a Suzuki piano teacher in Barrie and their son and daughter study violin and piano. Jeremy has studios in Barrie and Newmarket.
